Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is seeking a Technology Trainer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will plan, prepare, and deliver training on the Firm’s technology to attorneys and staff, using phone, web conferencing, and in-person sessions.

You will travel to Taft office locations to deliver on-site training and collaborate with the Training Manager to rollout new software initiatives, while identifying opportunities to improve usage and efficiency of firm systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a software trainer, ideally in a law firm.
• Technical knowledge of computer science or curriculum development.
• Advanced MS Office experience required.
• Knowledge of legal software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of core software applications and systems.
• Prepares outlines, handouts, and presentations related to firm software.
• Delivers training via phone, web conferencing, and in-person sessions.
• Assists Training Manager with planning and rollout of new software initiatives.
• Works with attorneys and staff to identify efficiency improvements through better use of systems.
• Serves as advanced support for IT help desk on complex software issues.
• Travels to Taft office locations to deliver on-site training.
• Uses eLearning tools to create training modules for attorneys and staff.
