Responsibilities

• Delivers IT training through varied formats including one-on-one, classroom, e-learning and desk-side support.
• Develops courseware with outlines, exercises and self-guided materials for firm software and devices.
• Collaborates with IT Training leadership to align strategies with user needs.
• Designs and maintains user guides, quick reference cards and tips.
• Updates intranet content and FAQs for end users.
• Provides proactive software troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Offers advanced support to Help Desk on complex applications like Microsoft 365 and iManage.
• Evaluates and tests new software before rollout.
• Keeps training materials stocked and organized.
• Performs other duties under supervision.
