Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience, ideally at Level 2/3.
• Experience in a law firm IT environment is required.
• Hands-on with Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Active Directory.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with software deployment and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with legal document management systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to work independently and support demanding end users.
• Strong communication with attorneys and senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 end-user IT support for attorneys and staff.
• Administer Entra ID/Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Manage Intune device enrollment and policy deployment.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and apps.
• Support legal apps like iManage, Litera, Kofax, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Assist with Windows Server, Group Policy, and basic infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot networking, VPN, and remote connectivity.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
