Job summary

The Phoenix Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for a temporary, fully onsite assignment to support attorneys and staff within a leading international law firm. You will provide Level 1/2 desktop support for Windows workstations, laptops, peripherals, and conferencing room technology, plus onboarding for new hires and device provisioning with Microsoft Intune.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to manage multiple

Qualifications

Experience providing Level 1/2 desktop support in a corporate or professional services setting.
Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting skills and experience with Dell laptops.
Hands-on provisioning and deployment using Microsoft Intune.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Zoom, and conference room AV equipment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1/2 desktop support for desktops, laptops, apps, peripherals, and access issues.
Troubleshoot Windows 11, Dell hardware, Wi-Fi, network access and break/fix requests.
Resolve escalated Help Desk incidents and document steps taken.
Configure and deploy laptops using Microsoft Intune and onboard new hires.
Support Zoom meetings and conference room AV systems.
Manage loaner devices and guest booking systems.
Assist attorneys, staff and executives with professional, responsive IT support.
