Job summary

Datavant is a data collaboration platform serving healthcare. The Client Success team drives post-sale relationships with law firms, guiding retention and expansion across locations and services.

You will own engagement cadences, build cross-functional relationships across legal, operations and administration, and partner with Field Sales to identify cross-sell opportunities. Regular CRM discipline and executive reporting are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/client growth leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and operating rigor: ability to manage GRR/NRR, adoption metrics, pipeline metrics, and CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale client engagement and retention plans.
• Expand adoption and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and legal/operations stakeholders.
