Qualifications

• Law enforcement background is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or years of related experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of high-volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as Salesforce and UltiPro; strong data management in ATS.
• Reliable team player with strong customer service orientation.
• Domestic travel up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals for multiple clients.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop candidate assessments.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
• Perform other related duties as required.
