Job summary

Loews Vanderbilt Hotel is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to support housekeeping by keeping linens clean, crisp, and ready for guest use. You will contribute to a smooth operation, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive care and teamwork.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly including weekends and holidays. Training and a supportive environment are provided within a storied Nashville property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry or hotel experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand-fold terry items, blankets, and spreads to meet daily operational needs.
• Track linen and terry production, reporting concerns promptly to avoid delays.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas when needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions and ensure satisfaction.
