Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel seeks a detail-driven Room Attendant to maintain spotless, welcoming guest rooms and bathrooms, delivering consistent, high-quality service that reflects Loews Hotels' commitment to comfort and quality.

You will replace linens, report maintenance issues, and assist guests while upholding safety standards and a collaborative housekeeping mindset. Prior hotel experience is preferred and English proficiency is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Previous cleaning or hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets; stock supplies.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
