Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to keep linens clean, crisp, and ready for the guest experience. You will support housekeeping by folding items, tracking production, and operating laundry equipment to hotel standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and safety, with opportunities to grow and contribute to a welcoming guest environment in a bustling Nashville hotel.

Responsibilities

• Hand-fold terry items, blankets, and spreads to meet daily operational needs.
• Track linen and terry production, reporting concerns promptly to avoid delays.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas when needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for emergencies, chemical use, and protective gear.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct at all times.
• Comply with all Housekeeping and hotel policies and procedures.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include :

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

• Basic English skills preferred.

• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.

• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
