Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a detail-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet the property’s exacting cleanliness standards and guest comfort. You will analyze room turns, adjust staffing in real time, and develop procedures that improve efficiency while maintaining Loews’ reputation for excellence.

Interview, hire, and mentor colleagues while managing labor costs and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and two years housekeeping or guest services leadership experience.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.
• Ability to manage staffing and labor costs while maintaining guest satisfaction.
