Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness of public guest areas and support room attendants. The role emphasizes guest relations, proper procedure adherence, and timely response to requests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a luxury setting.

The position requires strong stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 150 pounds. Flexible schedule, on-site work, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
  • Requires extensive standing, walking, lifting and bending.
  • Must be customer-service oriented with excellent hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

  • To clean all public guest room areas of the hotel as assigned.
  • Promote good public relations and maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Follow policies and procedures of the Housekeeping Department and use proper radio etiquette.
  • Respond to requests promptly and complete tasks using Rexx/radio systems.
  • Assist room attendants by handling trash and soiled linen and maintaining clean linen closets.
