Job summary

Laundromax, operating under Laundry Capital, is hiring a Customer Service Associate for an in-person role in Columbus, OH. You will assist customers with laundry services, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment while promoting product sales.

The position offers part-time hours, a friendly team, and opportunities for advancement. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and flexible scheduling includes overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and retail purchases.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Keep retail items stocked and communicate low inventory to management.
• Report maintenance issues using log books and alert supervisors of safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow safety procedures.
