Job summary

Laundry Capital, operator of Laundromax, is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Associate for PM/Closing shifts at our Worcester, MA store. You will help customers with laundry cards, machine choices and wash‑and‑fold orders, ring up sales, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

We value friendly, professional communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Professional communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, retail purchases and wash‑and‑fold orders.
• Operate register or POS system accurately.
• Keep products stocked and report inventory needs to management.
• Use log books to report maintenance and safety concerns.
• Follow safety practices and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment throughout shift.
