Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring part-time Customer Service Associates to deliver a clean, safe, and friendly store experience. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machines, and purchases while supporting a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers professionally.
• Familiarity with using a register/point-of-sale system is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the register or POS system accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage additional purchases.
• Keep retail items stocked and report low inventory or janitorial supplies.
• Use log books to report maintenance issues and safety concerns to a supervisor.
