Cohorts start February 2027 or July 2027 in Lenexa. The role emphasizes prospecting, shadowing, and supporting senior reps, with opportunities to build a funnel and engage in meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Data-driven decisions and ability to explain ROI to customers.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales.
• Sales internship or experience selling.
• Reliable transportation to designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives (some travel required).
• Assist senior sales representatives in sourcing, securing and managing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel for post-training assignment.
• Continued development opportunities through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
