Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Associate Broker to launch or advance a commercial real estate brokerage career across multiple U.S. markets.

You will assist senior brokers, prepare market materials, and participate in deal evaluation and client presentations. You will engage in training through JLL University, build business pipelines, and contribute to market research, financial analyses, and project proposals.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years in commercial real estate or business-to-business sales, with a proven track record in sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
• State Real Estate License preferred (within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 10-week training, development, and networking program for associates.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development and outreach to new leads.
• Prepare property summary books and create new business presentations.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop client materials (lease comparisons, market overviews, presentations).
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation of transactions.
• Contribute to local market research requests: market snapshots and quarterly market decks.
• Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
