Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Claims Auto Adjuster to support the Auto Claims Operation. You will handle material damage, property damage, and liability claims under moderate supervision, applying established procedures and best practices to resolve cases.

Expect growth as you gain licensing and experience in a large member-focused organization. Responsibilities include communicating with insureds, collecting statements, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• No prior claims experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer software.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Interact with insureds and claimants to communicate claims status and benefits.
• Explain benefits, coverages, fault, and processes in writing or verbally per regulatory rules.
• Investigate to determine liability and damages; separate allegations from facts.
• Collect statements from involved parties and witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements within authority for first/third-party claims.
• Demonstrate proficiency with claims tools and data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Overtime/holiday hours may be required.
