Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an entry-level Claims Auto Adjuster for the Glass Team to support the Auto Claims Operation by handling material damage and liability claims under supervision.

You will conduct liability investigations, evaluate coverages, and negotiate settlements with insureds and claimants while adhering to company practices and regulatory requirements. Overtime may be required.

Formación

• Bachelors equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• No prior claims experience required.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Property and Casualty license may be required to obtain Adjuster license within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with insureds and claimants to explain benefits and process.
• Investigate liability and damages and gather statements.
• Evaluate and negotiate within settlement authority on first/third-party claims.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments as needed.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and inquiries.
• Overtime and holiday hours may be required.
