Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Operations Integrator to own subsystem CONOPS, architectures, components, software, and integration with flight hardware for New Glenn and related vehicles.

You will generate constraints, alerts, and limits for test and launch teams, and provide troubleshooting during integrated tests and launches, driving data-based improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).
• 4+ years of proven experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in at least one of the areas of analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of hydraulic system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and capable of balancing several tasks at one time.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Author operations documents that define testing requirements, lifecycle, maintenance, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams for system integration.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems.
• Provide real-time on-console support for tests, launches, and recovery operations.
• Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
