Blue Origin is seeking an Operations Integrator to own CONOPS, architecture, components, software and integrated interactions for the New Glenn vehicle. You will drive constraints, alerts, and limits for test and launch teams, and feed lessons learned into the subsystem’s flight operations.

The ideal candidate is highly diligent, capable of handling complex data, and motivated by Blue Origin’s mission to enable millions of people living and working in space for Earth’s benefit.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Knowledge of system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on-console support for integrated tests, launches, and recovery operations.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as primary technical POC for design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and vehicle timelines.
• Define testing requirements, lifecycle, maintenance, and interfaces across the system.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
