Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Sr. Operations Integrator for New Glenn Stage 1 to own subsystem CONOPS, architecture, components, software, and operations integration.

You will manage development testing, feed lessons learned into flight operations, and coordinate with vehicle operations teams to ensure mission success. The role requires strong mechanical/system engineering background, 8+ years in mechanical or fluid systems, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field).
• 8+ years of proven experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical or fluid system principles and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as primary technical POC for all design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and detailed vehicle operational timelines.
• Define product testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance requirements, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams for full integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
