Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Operations Integrator to lead CONOPS development, subsystem integration, and test execution for New Glenn and New Glenn 9X4 programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware and software readiness for flight operations.

The role requires a strong engineering background, extensive experience with mechanical/hydraulic systems, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across design, manufacturing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of proven experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Author operations documents defining testing requirements, lifecycle, maintenance, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams for system integration.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 subsystems.
• Provide real-time console support for integrated tests, launches and recoveries.
• Analyze test data and provide design-improvement recommendations.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
