Job summary

itD is seeking a Content Strategist III (Launch Readiness) to lead content planning and execution for upcoming WhatsApp product launches, ensuring high-quality, user-centric support content is ready on day one. This role requires strong content strategy, technical writing, and Generative AI content experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Remote in the U.S. (EST or PST preferred), with a 6-month duration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy roles.
• 6+ months of experience creating or optimizing content for Generative AI or LLM-based systems.
• Strong content strategy and editorial skills, including writing, editing, and improving support content.
• Experience planning and delivering content aligned to product launch timelines.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope support content for upcoming product and feature launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Audit existing content, identify gaps, and prioritize updates to ensure launch readiness.
• Write, edit, and optimize Help Center articles, chatbot responses, and support content, including content for Generative AI.
• Manage confidential pre-launch content, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live.
• Test and validate content by reviewing pre-launch features and chatbot experiences to ensure accuracy.
• Track content readiness, manage timelines, and proactively identify and communicate risks.
• Coordinate with localization teams to ensure timely delivery of content across global markets.
• Ensure day‑one readiness by publishing accurate and accessible content across all support channels.
• Drive process improvements and maintain content standards and best practices.
