Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking a proactive Content Strategist III to support product and feature launch readiness for a global technology platform. You will ensure Help Center content, chatbot responses, and Generative AI content are accurate, complete, tested, and ready before go live.

The ideal candidate blends strong content strategy and technical writing with project management, launch experience, and hands-on Generative AI/LLM content work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field.
• 6+ months hands-on experience creating, optimizing, or managing content for Generative AI/LLM based experiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• Experience creating online Help Center content and customer support responses for tech products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional teams to identify support content requirements for upcoming product launches.
• Develop content plans aligned with launch schedules and go live dates.
• Audit existing content and identify gaps, outdated information, and updates needed.
• Write, edit, and improve Help Center articles, chatbot content, and support materials.
• Create and optimize content used within Generative AI and LLM powered support experiences.
• Test pre-launch content for accuracy and effectiveness and coordinate with Localization for global readiness.
• Track content readiness through launch plans and project trackers.
• Identify risks and blockers and communicate them to stakeholders early.
