Job summary

itD seeks a Content Strategist III to create, edit, and publish Help Center content for product launches across Meta family apps and tools. You will collaborate with product, marketing, technical, and business stakeholders to deliver clear, customer-facing content.

The role requires 3+ years in digital content writing and CMS publishing, with strong HTML skills and experience producing public-facing content for digital products. Remote US work with a 12-month duration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital content writing and content management.
• 3+ years of hands-on CMS experience, including drafting, editing, structuring, and publishing content.
• Hands-on HTML experience supporting digital content creation and publishing.
• Editorial, Help Center, knowledge-base, documentation, or technical writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish Help Center content in a CMS using clear, jargon-free language.
• Develop and execute content strategies for product changes, launches, and updates.
