Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates, Inc. is seeking a proactive Content Strategist III to support launch readiness for a global tech platform.

You will develop, edit, and validate Help Center content, chatbot responses, and Generative AI content to ensure accurate, tested materials before go-live. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Localization, Marketing, and Support Ops, plus hands-on Generative AI content experience and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field.
• 6+ months of hands on experience creating, optimizing, or managing content for Generative AI/LLM based experiences.
• Experience creating online Help Center content and customer support responses for mobile apps, tech products, or social platforms.
• Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple cross functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple launches with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross functional teams to identify content requirements for upcoming product/launches.
• Develop content plans aligned with launch schedules and go-live dates.
• Audit content for gaps and outdated information.
• Write, edit, and improve Help Center articles, chatbot content, and support materials.
• Create content for Generative AI and LLM powered experiences.
• Test pre-launch content and ensure accuracy before go-live.
• Coordinate with Localization to ensure global readiness.
• Maintain editorial standards and terminology across channels.
• Track readiness through launch plans and project tasks.
