Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Implementations to oversee complex 3PL projects in the United States. You will coordinate teams across operations, IT, and engineering to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in operations, strong supply chain knowledge, and proven problem-solving abilities. This role is critical in impacting customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, implementation, or change management.
• Experience in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment center operations.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with WMS and operational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, KPIs, and process flows for client implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful onboarding and launch.
• Lead implementation planning and execution, including go-live support.
• Manage risks and communicate with stakeholders.
