Job summary

Wagner Logistics is seeking a Project Lead to coordinate and execute customer implementations, new facility startups, and operational transitions across the network. You will serve as the central project coordinator, ensuring plans are created, tracked, and completed on schedule.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Solutions, Engineering, Accounting, HR, Safety, Transportation, and Customer teams to drive onboarding, readiness, and stabilization through go-live, with robust KPI

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in warehousing, transportation, or third-party logistics environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed implementation project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate startup activities for new customers and facilities.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or obstacles.
• Escalate project risks to Manager – Implementation & Operational Enablement.
• Ensure implementation checklists and startup requirements are completed before go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Maintain project dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
• Monitor implementation budgets and hours.
