Bobyard is seeking a SaaS onboarding specialist to own the first 45 days of every new customer, delivering a repeatable launch process. You will turn every AE/SE handoff into a confirmed launch plan within 48 hours, configure accounts, run kickoff and training, and drive customers to adoption across a portfolio.

This full-time remote role offers UK-based work with occasional SF HQ trips and equity in Bobyard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning SaaS onboarding or implementation across a portfolio.
• Comfort configuring software and running live training for field users.

What you'll do:

What we offer:

• £70,000-£90,000 base, £110,000+ OTE, and equity.
• Full-time remote in the UK with occasional SF HQ trips.
