Job summary

WebMD is seeking a Project Manager for MedscapeLIVE! broadcasts. You will lead projects from sale to launch through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) process, ensuring timely submissions and high quality output.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with Account Management, Creative, Technology, and Event teams to deliver images, websites, videos and other digital assets on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environment.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage projects from sale to launch.
• Prepare/edit documents required for submission and approval through various pharmaceutical regulatory processes.
• Thorough editorial and correctness QC of all submission materials.
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams in the execution of projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project-related requests.
• Manage timelines for all project deliverables.
• Use project management software to track projects and provide frequent status updates.
• Use online submissions systems to upload pieces, download comments, tag references, and track progress.
• Interpret and address Medical/Legal/Regulatory comments.
• Review live websites, HTML files, and videos to confirm that they match approved versions.
