Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environment.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage projects from sale to launch.
• Prepare/edit documents required for submission and approval through regulatory processes.
• Thorough editorial QC of all submission materials.
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project-related requests.
• Manage timelines for all deliverables and provide status updates.
• Use project management software to track projects and progress.
• Review live websites, HTML files, and videos against approved versions.
