Job summary

WebMD is seeking a Project Manager for MedscapeLIVE! broadcasts. You will lead projects from sale to launch through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) process, ensuring timely submissions and high quality output.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with Account Management, Creative, Technology, and Event teams to deliver images, websites, videos and other digital assets on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environment.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software a plus.

SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will lead Medscape's broadcasts projects through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) process from sale to launch. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual that wants to take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and editing content submissions for multiple projects, thorough QC of submission materials, tracking project progress, and monitoring timelines. The Project Manager is in constant communication with our Account Management team to understand and meet the needs of our clients and daily correspondence with other internal teams to revise and produce our images, websites, videos, and other digital work.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environment
• Must have solid Microsoft Office experience especially related to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software a plus
