Job summary

WebMD LLC, through its Medscape unit, seeks a highly-organised Senior Project Manager to oversee Medical Affairs programmes for global pharmaceutical clients. You will act as the internal steward on campaigns and client deliverables, partnering with the Account Management team to ensure flawless execution.

You will manage timelines in WorkFront across UK, Europe, US and India, lead meetings, and ensure high-quality, compliant launches while adhering to internal processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of project management experience in digital projects, an agency, pharma, or Medical Education/Medical Affairs.
• Excellent organisation and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, task management systems like WorkFront, GSuite).

Responsibilities

• Managing the internal development and delivery of Medical Affairs projects, including digital content, slide decks and meeting content.
• Setting up and managing multiple project timelines in WorkFront.
• Daily timeline maintenance to provide an accurate picture of project tasks and resourcing needs.
• Reviewing project plans, managing dependencies and critical path issues, and adjusting timelines as needed.
• Leading meetings with internal teams to discuss milestones and progress.
• Translating client priorities across internal development teams and providing proactive solutions to challenges.
• Mastery of project-level reporting and dashboard functions within the project management system.
• Escalating delayed tasks and potential issues to senior team leaders.
• Managing to project scope and leading scope escalation meetings.
• Supporting team revenue goals and communicating risks to team leads.
• Serving as internal lead for pilot programmes and custom client implementations.
• Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes for efficient executions.
• Supporting excellence in project management by training, SOPs, and mentoring.
