Job summary

Flytrex Inc. seeks a Site Infrastructure & Launch Manager for the DFW area to own new drone hub sites from approval through first delivery and into steady operations.

You will architect power, permits, and network readiness, coordinating with utilities, inspectors, and contractors to hit go-live dates. You lead on-ground deployment, ensure safety and flight readiness, and capture learnings to improve future rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex site launches with fixed go-live dates.
• Hands-on experience with electrical/power infrastructure in field deployments.
• Experience coordinating with utilities, city inspectors, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own new sites from approval through launch and stable operations.
• Build and run critical path plans for power, permits, operations, staffing and partners.
• Act as on-ground launch captain, clearing blockers and presenting options to leadership.
• Enforce go/no-go criteria across infrastructure, safety and flight readiness.
• Lead post-launch reviews to improve playbooks for future rollouts.
• Provide initial operational support for power, chargers, and generator troubleshooting.
