SPB Hospitality is seeking a prep cook for our Latin-inspired hospitality team in Philadelphia. Our restaurants run professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens with an emphasis on high standards for food presentation and execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with kitchen equipment (knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens).
• Willingness to work flexibly across shifts.
• 1 year of kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced scratch kitchen with attention to food quality and presentation.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and workspace following sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and general prep tasks.
• Coordinate with teammates across roles (assembler, expo, management).
