Village Whiskey in Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join its fast-paced scratch-kitchen team. You will contribute to high standards of food presentation and execution, working in a open kitchen alongside a dedicated culinary team.

Responsibilities include preparing proteins, maintaining proper temperatures, and following sanitation protocols. Flexible to work a variety of shifts; opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits program offered to all team members.

Formación

• 18+ years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens.

Responsabilidades

• Hires line and prep cooks for a fast-paced scratch kitchen.
• Ensure proper food temps and execution according to company specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and workspace; follow sanitation protocols.
• Open and closing duties and coordination with the team.
