Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Customer Success Manager (LATAM Backhaul) based in Redmond, WA. You will own Latin America backhaul accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and long-term growth, acting as the primary customer contact and revenue owner.

You will coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure timely activation and expansion, while maintaining accurate account health and forecasting for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years in account management, customer success, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own Latin America backhaul accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management, and long-term growth.
• Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, payments, and risks.
• Maintain current internal systems so account status, risk, and opportunity are visible in one place.
• Monitor account health including contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing, tax, logistics, and relationships to prevent cash loss or churn.
• Set expectations with customers on what SpaceX can commit to regarding timing and delivery.
• Build account plans defining current state, healthy accounts, and future revenue.
• Identify expansion opportunities and new ways customers can use Starlink backhaul.
