Job summary

SpaceX seeks an Enterprise Account Manager for Starlink in Latin America, based in Hawthorne, CA. You will own onboarding and ongoing management for a growing enterprise client base, driving revenue and ensuring contract fulfillment.

This role requires strategic coordination with cross-functional teams and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong project management skills, and the ability to translate feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of consulting or project management experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and long-term retention/growth.
• Define, standardize, and streamline processes to scale custom Starlink solutions across the business.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with timely acknowledgment and issue resolution.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations across stakeholders.
• Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback to influence product development.
• Retain and grow account value in hardware and service revenue.
• Act as an owner to realize forecasted revenue and communicate readiness, risks, and schedules.
• Identify and lead process improvements to enhance handoffs and cross-functional execution.
