Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of professional business development or account management.
• 3+ years of consulting or project management experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for an enterprise customer portfolio from onboarding through long-term retention and revenue growth.
• Define scalable processes for custom Starlink solutions across the business.
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Capture customer feedback and influence product and process improvements.
