The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with a pay rate of $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Lathe setup and operation experience required.
Ability to read blueprints and machining specs.
Experience using precision measuring tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual and CNC lathe machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Select and install tooling, make machine adjustments, and perform tool changes.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep machines clean and organized.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
