Qualifications

• Previous CNC setup experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment for production runs.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and materials according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Make tool offsets and machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections using measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.
• Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.

CNC Setup Technician

Location: Horsham, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $27.00-$32.00/hour, based on experience

CNC Setup Technician Job Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment for production runs
• Install tooling, fixtures, and materials according to job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
• Make tool offsets and machine adjustments as needed

CNC Setup Technician Requirements
