Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Operator in the Birdsboro, PA area to join a growing metal manufacturing team. You will set up CNC mills and lathes, load tooling, and run jobs to tighten tolerances while following blueprints.

This role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with Friday half day, at a $25-$30 hourly rate based on experience, and opportunities to grow with a stable, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Set-Up Operator, CNC Machinist, or similar role.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or both.
• Strong machine set-up skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set-ups for CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce quality components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and offsets as needed.
• Make minor program edits and machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
