Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment for production runs.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and materials according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Make tool offsets and machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections using measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.
• Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.
