Job summary

MLB Workforce, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for a full-time, second-shift position in Charlotte, NC. The role requires hands-on CNC lathe operation, part loading and safe setup, and ongoing quality control to meet specifications.

You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, monitor dimensions with calipers and micrometers, and maintain production standards in a steel/metal processing environment. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC lathe experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Understanding of tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds preferred.
• Steel, metal processing or heavy industrial experience is a plus.
• Basic CNC program adjustments/editing are a plus, but advanced CNC programming is not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes / turning equipment.
• Load materials and properly position parts.
• Perform tooling changes and make basic machine adjustments.

CNC Lathe Operator – $28/Hour

Charlotte, NC | 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm | Full-Time

MLB Workforce is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for a full-time opportunity in the Charlotte area. We are looking for someone with solid hands-on CNC lathe experience who can safely set up and operate equipment, make basic adjustments, and consistently produce quality parts.

Responsibilities
