Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve liquor.
• Able to work late-night shifts, potentially 12 AM–3 AM.
• Works assigned scheduled shifts.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
• Food handling certificate a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compensation: Minimum Wage
• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Guide guests through beverage and food ordering, with recommendations.
• Describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus.
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining guest engagement.
• Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting them back.
• Clean and prepare tables and keep a clean, organized environment.
• Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and assisting in other departments as needed.
