Job summary

Harri in Tampa seeks a hospitality team member to describe and sell all menu items, deliver beverages and food efficiently, and maintain engagement to ensure guest satisfaction. You will handle service at the counter and tables, staying professional, friendly, and responsive in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include 18+ to serve liquor, willingness for late-night shifts, fluent English, and relevant certifications (Alcohol Awareness, Food Handling).

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Alcohol awareness certification required (ServSafe, TIPs, etc.).
• Food handling certificate is a plus.
• Ability to work late night shifts and weekends.

Job description

Job Functions:

• Ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
• Cleans and prepares tables for new guests

• Practices teamwork during all shifts and supports both FOH and BOH priorities
• Works cohesively with all Team Members
• Flexible to assist in other departments as requested
• Works well under pressure

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor.
• Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AM
• Works assigned scheduled shifts
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (i.e Serv Save, TIPs, etc) required
• Food handling certificate a plus
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
• Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
• Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
