Job summary

Slim-Chickens in St. Louis is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations of our fast casual restaurant. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance under the guidance of the Area Director.

The role emphasizes a hands-on leader who can hire, schedule, control costs, and maintain high standards of safety and sanitation while building local store marketing and a positive culture.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Area Director including but not limited to the following:
• Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, staffing, and hiring, staff development and holding team accountable, creating a culture in line with company values, building sales and local store marketing, safety & sanitation
