Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a General Manager to lead a respected fast food restaurant group in Youngstown, OH. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial results, and a people-first culture through hands-on leadership of a busy operation.

You will develop a high-performing team, monitor daily operations, and implement initiatives to enhance food quality, safety, and service while building community relations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage financial results, and drive operational improvements.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and crew team
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Analyze and manage financials, including labor, food costs, and controllable expenses

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
