POP MART, a global pop culture and entertainment company, seeks a LATAM Account Manager based in the United States to manage and grow wholesale accounts across Latin America. You will partner with the LATAM Director, LATAM Sales and Operations, distributors, and retail partners to drive revenue and expand into new markets.

This customer-facing role requires strong commercial instincts, relationship management, and the ability to work across multiple countries and environments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Experience managing customer relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts across countries and priorities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow assigned wholesale accounts across LATAM.
• Drive sales against annual, seasonal, and account targets.
• Develop growth strategies and opportunities for accounts.
• Monitor sales, sell-through, inventory, replenishment, and performance.
• Maintain forecasts, pipelines, order visibility, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities in new countries, channels, and partners.
• Conduct market and retailer research to evaluate opportunities.
• Coordinate with LATAM Operations on setup, ordering, logistics, and launches.
• Collaborate across teams to remove roadblocks for launches.
• Identify opportunities for launches, exclusives, activations, and partnerships.
• Ensure brand standards and pricing across accounts.
• Create sales tools and business recaps.
• Act as commercial liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities and coordinate resolutions.
