Job summary

POP MART is seeking a LATAM Account Manager based in the U.S. to grow wholesale accounts across Latin America. You will drive revenue, develop growth strategies, and work with LATAM teams, distributors, and retail partners to expand market presence.

The role requires 2–4 years in commercial roles, strong relationship skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel across LATAM is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing and developing customer relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, countries, and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned wholesale LATAM accounts across markets.
• Drive sales performance against targets and growth opportunities.
• Develop account-specific growth strategies and opportunities.
• Monitor sales, sell-through, inventory, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with LATAM Operations on setup, logistics, and launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to remove roadblocks for launches.
• Identify opportunities for launches, exclusives, activations, and partnerships.
• Ensure brand standards, pricing, and distribution guidelines are followed.
• Create sales tools: presentations, line sheets, and recaps.
• Serve as commercial liaison between customers and internal teams.
